Only thing I'd say is the view is much of what's all around the area, and that's great but a clearer view of the river from the benches or some thing could have added a nice touch :)
A nice park. Mostly for boating, it seems. But it's clean and neat and right on the river. $4 parking fee, just FYI.
It was a well taken care of environment; trash wasn't over full and every were. And if your some one who has kids there is a great park for them to enjoy and many picnic tables for the parent/guardians to sit while children play!

I don't care to much for the city life, to get out of it this is a convenient place. this is a bald eagle I had the privilege of observing while I was there
