Friendly small town pharmacy
I recently moved here and had two horrible experiences. The first was my husband went in asked for pediatrics cold medicine and the gal working couldn't help him. She had to get help from another employee to locate cold medicine. He then told her his wife said to get dimetap and she said she fidnt know what that was. I called following a surgery needing wound dressings she said they haf a first aid aisle the I asked if they carried abd dressings and she said they didn't carry thay brand??? Who works at a pharmacy that can't answer simple questions especially when their advertisement brags about specializing in wound care. I told her she shouldn't be working at a pharmacy if she can't anseer simple question she then asked me where I lived And my name??? Who does that? Was she planning on hunting me down later??? I told her she was rude and shouldn't be working at a pharmacy so she said I could talk to the owner and guess what??? She lied... the next person said they were all standing around her abd heard everything but then proceeded to ask the original gal if she asked me my name and where I live. Then tells me she never heard of abd brand either and that she would offer the owners number. She carried on then hing up on me. I was going to switch my familys perscriptions to this pharmacy but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will continue to use my pharmacy in medford. Sorry to not support our local businesses , but with good reason.
