I have gone to many rafting companies through out Shady Cove, I have to say Raft the Rogue has by far been the best company to go through. They have great prices and equipment. I have always enjoyed doing business through them. Even when we accidentally got a hole in a raft, they happily worked through it with us and delivered a new raft with no issues or complaints! I definitely look forward to our next trip down the rogue using this company. Keep up the great work!!
They were very friendly and accomodated a late launch. The ice chest with ice, life jackets, dry bag and water guns were included in the $93 price of a raft big enough for 7 adults. The pick up and drop of at launch location was smooth.
Save your frustration, and rent from Rapid Pleasure. Used both companies, and the difference is night and day. Raft the Rogue has a great staff, but the owner ruins everything. The employees, with good reason, have zero respect for him. The employees try to do good by the customers, but the owner buts in sending all productivity out the window. We got on the river at 3 pm with a reservation for noon. When we got back late the owner said we were lucky he was not charging us a late fee. He then made us carry each item individually (oars, life jackets, squirters) to their place of storage. Those checked in by employees were told to put their items in the checkin boxes where you get if the van. Leaving one of the employees told the owner he was rude to us, and the owner replied that he didn't care and he was tired.
