Worst park in the area. Smell of sewers, non-functional wifi, no cable or DSL in many spaces, a place to park your trailer to spend your time to eventually die. Sad.
An ok place, I guess. Water pressure can be very low quite often. Maintenance is very sporadic with potholes in both paved and unpaved portions, and no sanding on the icy drive in winter. Grass is often not mowed for stretches of time. Owners don't seem to be too involved at all... the managers don't seem to be able to do much, such as fix the water pressure. Laundry which should take 30 minutes can take over 90 minutes waiting for the water to fill. Aside from those things, it's ok.
DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE THE WATER PRESSURE SOCKS AND THERE'S NOTHING TO HERE.
My best friend lives there.
Management is a horrible person and the people that work for her are very two faced it's a awful place to live and I would not send my worst enemy to that place
